  Worst customer service ever!!!!!
  
  I don’t wanna give even 1 star. The worst experience ever. I purchased a groupon for a facial peel. After calling several times and leaving several voicemails, I didn’t not get any response from them for a “week”.When they finally called me, they didn’t have an appointment available for a “month”. I still made an appointment with them. On the day of the appointment, I got stuck in traffic because of some car accident on my way and got a few minutes late. When I was just about to reach after driving for 1 hour, I get a text message that my appointment was cancelled and I am gonna be charged $50 cancellation fee. I was frustrated and when I called them, the girl tells me that they could have made more revenue off of somebody else and I wasted their time!!! Also that it wasn’t fair that she misses her lunch for seeing me. She was very rude!!! I was like if you were so concerned about your lunch you shouldn’t have given me a noon appointment on the first place. I have not experienced this bad of a customer service in my life!!!!
  
  I would really recommend you not to go to this place for any sort of treatment.
