  My favorite Kroger store has become increasingly filthy, disgusting and infuriating. I am not exaggerating when I say that I have been stopping at this Kroger store 3-4 nights a week on my way home from work for the past six years. In the past, it was always clean, organized and well-kept. Now, the parking lot is filthy, the carts are filthy (and I always have to hunt for a hand-held basket, by the way, because they are always MISSING, so I have to walk down to the other end of the store to get one and then try to wipe the gunk off before I dare touch it), and most importantly, THE STORE IS MORE AND MORE DIRTY AND STICKY AND DISGUSTING EVERY TIME I GO IN THERE. Somebody mop the floor, please! And also, all of the cashiers have a wild, rushed, desperate, unhappy look because they are stressed out. While I was trying to shop this evening, I heard at least two announcements asking for more cashiers to report to the front of the store.....I was already expecting a long wait and I was busy trying to unstick the sole of my shoe from the black, sticky funk on the floor near the registers. By the time I escaped that store I honestly felt like crying. Is that how you want customers to feel when they walk out of your store???? Please, I am begging management to get this store back to what it was before. Right now I am considering shopping at Meijer.
